Mary is a Psychologist who provides individualised and comprehensive psychological care to children, teens, and adults in an ethical, engaging, and collaborative manner. Mary draws from the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, play therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to guide her therapeutic practice.
Mary strives to make the therapeutic process smooth for her clients by being warm and transparent. She believes that it is important for clients to feel heard and validated; accordingly, she aims to create a safe and welcoming space where clients can freely discuss and reflect on their experiences without feeling judged or shamed. Mary also works with clients to help them develop skills and strategies to foster resilience and manage their difficulties. Sessions are generally tailored to complement clients’ strengths, resources, personality, and feedback.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, and keeping active.
