Chrizelle is the Senior Occupational Therapist at First Choice Allied Health, specialising in Paediatrics. She earned her Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy in 2016 and has been practising since then. She has an extensive experience working with a diverse range of neurodevelopmental, physical and psychosocial characteristics across a wide range of complexities, and in providing tailored intervention according to each individual’s needs. 

She has a heart full of passion especially in: helping children and their families achieve their goals AND striving for inspired collaboration as a way to share her love for the profession to her colleagues, clients and their families. She adopts a strength-based and holistic approach in working with her clients, and puts value in empowering and advocating for them.

She has completed several certification courses such as Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS), Therapeutic Listening, Sensory Integration, and Sensory-Motor Approach to Feeding to name a few. She proactively pursues the path of life-long learning, as she believes that it not only extends her knowledge and expertise as an OT, but more importantly, it allows her to offer parents and all stakeholders the best tools with which to support their child’s development.   

Outside of work, Chrizelle enjoys strolling by the beach, cooking with her husband, and travelling.
