Psychology is the study of how we think, feel and behave. Our in-house psychologists are highly trained to assist children, adolescents, and adults to create positive change in their lives, using a collaborative and holistic approach.

We assist people of all ages with

  • Depression or Low Mood
  • General Anxiety
  • Anxiety conditions such as OCD, Panic Attacks or Social Anxiety
  • General Stress Management
  • Wellbeing support for individuals with differences such as Autism, ADHD, or any other differences

In addition to providing therapy, our psychologists are qualified to conduct Cognitive, Neurodevelopmental, Educational and Social, Emotional and Behavioural Assessments.

Undergoing assessment can be beneficial for self-understanding, for increased support at school, or in some instances, to apply for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding.

Our team have extensive experience working with children and acknowledge the significant value of early intervention and support.

We can help children and adolescents with

  • Behavioural difficulties
  • Learning delays
  • Social skills
  • Emotional development
  • Memory
  • Overall health and wellbeing
  • Communication skills

It is important to understand that each child develops differently. Adapting to individual needs, our team provide fundamental support during their developmental stages, helping them deal with change as well as build coping skills and resourcefulness in a safe and supportive environment.

Working with your child’s specific needs, effective strategies will be put in place for both the child and the parent/carer, to ensure the most positive and successful outcomes for everyone.

Our psychology services are available to everyone within our community - both NDIS referrals and private clients with or without Mental Health Treatment Plans.
